This outdated Edmonton bungalow received a major full house renovation from top to bottom. We removed the wall separating the living room from the kitchen by installing an engineered beam to fully open-up the main level. A new oversized island was added to the kitchen to maximize storage and a floating wood bench with overhead storage was added to the front entrance for guests. The exterior of the home was completely updated and is a true representation of the clients’ playful personality and design style. We combined a mix of blue board and batten with faux wood panels and a bright yellow door for a striking look that now stands out on the street.
